Shipping Methods

  • Reship for EU Countries: We provide expedited shipping within the EU, ensuring fast and secure delivery.
  • Reship for the Rest of the World: We ship internationally using trusted carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Re-Shipping Policy - Europe

Damaged Orders

If your order is damaged, we require the following:

  • Detailed pictures of the parcel showing the receiver's details.
  • Pictures of the damaged products.

Once confirmed by our manager, we will re-ship the items for free.

Lost Orders

If an order has not been delivered within 45 days after dispatch:

  • Email us with the tracking number.

After confirmation, we will re-ship your order for free.

Seized Orders

We rarely encounter seizures in the EU. However, if it happens, we will re-ship the order for free after confirmation.

Re-Shipping Policy - Rest of the World

Damaged Orders

If your order is damaged, we require:

  • Detailed pictures of the parcel showing the receiver's details.
  • Pictures of the damaged products.

Once confirmed and when half the damaged goods' value is paid, we will re-ship the full value of goods.

Lost Orders

If an order has not been delivered within 45 days after dispatch:

  • Email us with the tracking number.

Once confirmed and when half the lost goods' value is paid, we will re-ship the full value of goods. For safety reasons, re-shipping will occur only when a new receiver and shipping address is provided.

Seized Orders

If your order is seized, we require:

  • A 120 dpi picture of the envelope with the customs or FDA letter showing the receiver's name.
  • A 120 dpi picture of the letter received from customs or FDA showing the receiver's name.

Once confirmed and when half the seized goods' value is paid, we will re-ship the full value of goods. Re-shipping will occur only when a new receiver and shipping address is provided.

Re-Shipping Restrictions

We will not re-ship if:

  • The required 120 dpi pictures cannot be provided.
  • A new receiver and delivery address cannot be provided.

We do not re-ship to the following locations:

  • Norway
  • Singapore
  • South Korea
  • Australia
